Job Opening for Operations Analyst  (03/12/2025 – 04/04/2025)

Operations Analyst needed w/Bachelor’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Business Administration or Business Management and two (2) years experience as Operations Analyst or Executive Priority Services performing following job duties:

Ensure performance targets and special projects.  Perform transactions using cash registers, collect payments and make changes. Scan goods to ensure accurate pricing, track inventory and check supplies. Issue receipts, refunds, change and tickets.  Handle returns, exchanges and complaints. Help with stocking, managing shelves and training new cashiers.  Record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Analyze shipments, deliveries and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.  Optimize schedules for employees, deliveries and shipments.   Develop relationships with suppliers and clients and provide feedback on day-to-day operations.   Remain abreast of all current policies, procedure, promotions, products and value-added services offered.  Adherence and compliance to company policies and procedures.

Hours:

Monday-Friday - 11:00am - 7:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Saturday: 11:00am -4:00pm      

Day Off: Sunday
